Tennis Clubs

On the occasion that I catch a glimpse of the airport x-ray machine, it does not do much to inspire confidence in the screening process. Everything passing through the machine looks like a pile of wires with hard edges. I fly out of smaller airports once in a while, and I wonder how practiced some of these guys are at spotting odd things. The last time I flew, I brought a tennis racquet, and inside of it I stuffed a couple Frisbees. I put it into the machine and stood back, waiting to see what they'd say. Then the TSA agent said to me, "Do you have a tennis club stuffed with Frisbees in your bag?" And I said, "Yes! But no, well, yeah. That's kind of a trick question."
