I woke up at 4:30 in the morning today wide awake. My girlfriend had to get to the airport, and after seeing her off I found I wasn't tired so I decided to just stay up and read. Three hours later I start feeling a tiny bit fatigued, so I closed my eyes. Twenty minutes later my alarm went off. And instead of waking up a bit refreshed from this nap, I am now dead tired. Barely able to move. This is not how sleep is meant to work.
