Airline Hold

Dealing with airlines is a nightmare. At least once in your life you will have to change or cancel a non-refundable ticket. You have to call them, and you have to wait on hold for ages. It's bad enough to have to pay $150 change fee, plus the difference in the cost of the tickets, which is always more since you're booking closer to the date. The insult is that while you're on hold, they interrupt the music to run ads. Not only are the ads annoying because they tell you can do whatever you're trying to do online (you can't), but also because every time they break in you turn your phone off speaker because you thing someone is finally going to answer. Then you get lulled into ignoring it, and when someone does pick up, you don't notice and they hang-up.
