Shirt Issues

For the first time in my life I've begun dropping my dress shirts off at a laundromat to get them pressed. It still seems very indulgent to me, especially since I don't have to dress up for work, but the fact is that my iron stopped working a while ago and I haven't bought a new one. I don't know what aggressive method they use to press my shirts at the laundromat, or if it's the fact that I buy low-quality skater-brand shirts, but they always come back missing buttons. So I take them back in and tell them, and each time they fill out a detailed note saying, "Customer claims we broke two buttons." Then, each time, they fix them for free and give them back to me. The end result is good, but the implication in their note is that I'm breaking buttons off freshly pressed, unworn shirts and then bringing them back to get fixed before I ever wear them, like I'm some kind of maniac. It's not appreciated on this end.
