Keystrokes

It's strange to me that we're still using "www" on the front of website URLs. Granted, you don't have to type the www, and it most often disappears after you punch it in and hit enter, but it's odd that its even still a thing. Like someone's going to invent a ww.com or maybe w.com and create an alternate online universe where everything is one letter shorter. The whole www is something we accepted as fact, kind of like the @ in every single email address. Do we need that symbol every time we send someone an email? It's time to get rid of these useless keystrokes. I'm sick of needlessly hitting the shift key.
