Non-Digital Snoopers
I was standing in line at the grocery store waiting to buy my coffee and bananas and realized I had no idea how much money was in my back account. But since we live in the year 2014 and I'm able to check movie times in India on my phone, I'm also able to check my bank account in a matter of seconds. I opened the app and started dialing it up, and felt the lady behind me looking over my shoulder. I checked, she was right there, so I shifted and she danced around me keeping her eyes on my screen. I pulled the phone into my chest; she stood on her tiptoes. I moved it back and forth, so did her eyeballs. I suppose that in an age where we live so much of our lives online and over share everything, it might seem as natural to be so nosy in real life. I typed in my passcode, which shoes the letter before turning into an asterisk. "I*s*e*e*y*o*u*." She didn't get it.
