The Power of Vitamins

My garlic consumption has increased about ten-fold in the last couple weeks. I read somewhere that garlic is supposed to have amazing health benefits, and I figure I like garlic so I'll give it a try. So far I haven't noticed anything. But then again I never really noticed any difference with taking vitamins, and people talk that up a lot, too. I also can't tell the difference in my athletic performance when I drink Gatorade over water or eat Powerbars instead of granola.

On the other end of the spectrum, I sometimes feel awakened after having decaf coffee and being told it's regular. Granted, someone threw that cup of coffee in my face, but it did make me feel more awake.
