Oil confuses me. So, basically, I can take a vegetable and throw it in super hot vegetable oil, and if I eat that every day, it will make me fat and kill me early. But, if I take a fish oil pill every day, it'll protect my brain and heart valves and extend my life. Logically, this makes no sense. You'd think that a batch of onion rings that had been cooked in vegetable oil would be like eating super-charged vegetables. It's like juicing your vegetables, only it's a highly-lubricated, oil-based alternative.
