Mysterious Emails

Every few months an email appears in my inbox from someone I haven't spoken to in years. The subject line will be empty, and when I open the email all that it will contain is a link. This is a sign of two things: 1. My old friend still has my email address, and 2. This friend has been hacked. My old friend received a similar email from someone else, and when he clicked the link it spread like an old-school chain letter through his entire address book. Regardless of the circumstances, it's still nice to hear from these old friends. It brings back memories of the stupid things we did together, and it's a sign they're still doing stupid things on their own. Like clicking on links in mysterious emails.
