Ink and Paper

In general I embrace technology. The one big exception is the dental x-ray machine. Having radiation blasted into my skull twice a year seems like one of those things we'll look back on and say, "What were we thinking?" I realize almost everyone disagrees with me, and this is one of my very few fringe views. But, the last time I was at the dentist's office, they made me sign a waiver when I declined x-rays. Bringing in legal documents might scare people, but I know that they didn't create these forms specifically for me. There must be enough people out there who share my paranoid views that they've involved lawyers. It's a good feeling to know you're not the only crazy person out there.
