I've read a bit about meditating, and I like what I read. It's been proven to lead to a more healthful outlook on life, and in some cases it's been attributed to physically improving one's health and decreasing stress. I thought I'd try it the other day for 10 minutes, but I found that the nature of meditating made it hard to check my clock, so I had no idea how long I was focusing my concentration. I lost track of time. After a while, it could have been one minute or twenty, I decided to check my watch, and it had been exactly 10 minutes. Now I'm not sure whether I was awake during that 10 minutes.
