A slight injustice exists in the world. People who have kids enjoy freedoms that those of us who don't have kids lack. They can say things like, "I have to leave work early to take my kid to the vet," or whatever. And that's acceptable. But if I say, "I have to leave work early to drink beer and listen to music with my friends," then that's some kind of problem. Though I suppose that if you take into account that I've never had to change a diaper or stay up all night with a sick kid and they're doing that stuff all the time, well, I guess we about break even.
